How shipping works, how to care for your glassware and how each piece is uniquely yours!

Shipping is a flat rate of $25. So, load up your cart with a full set of glasses and pay the same flat rate!
At this time, we only ship to Canadian addresses. All orders are carefully packed at our studio in Revelstoke, BC and shipped by courier.
Please provide a street address at checkout, as our couriers cannot deliver to PO boxes.
Because every piece is handmade, we take extra care when packing glass for shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can make it right.

Our glass is made by hand, one piece at a time.
Small variations in size, shape and colour are part of the handmade process and make each piece unique.
Our drinking glasses are best suited for cold and room-temperature drinks.
While they are dishwasher safe, to keep your glass looking its best, we recommend hand washing.
Avoid sudden temperature changes and do not pour very hot liquids into cold glass or place hot glass onto a cold surface.
Our glass is made to be used and enjoyed — just treat it with a little care.

Slight variations in colour, size, shape, pattern, bubbles and other small details are a natural part of the glassblowing process.
Product photos represent the overall design, but the piece you receive will be uniquely yours.
